Jessica Broughton
Jessica Broughton is the founder of NextStep and is a certified life coach with a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organization Development. Jessica is extremely passionate about helping the business leaders of the Albany area feel energized and inspired to invest in their employees in order to create a culture of loyalty, trust, and ownership, that will in turn improve the trajectory of their business.

When we educate ourselves, we start the journey of walking into our true purpose in life. NextStep believes that through coaching, resources, and setting attainable goals, small businesses will see a tremendous change in their organizations and leave a positive imprint on the lives of their employees.

The definition of elevate is “to raise or lift (something) up to a higher position." In order to advance, awareness of both our strengths and weaknesses is key. These resources cover topics like self-development, workforce skills, and other essentials necessary to build a thriving company culture.

The Empower Mentoring program is designed to help beginner entrepreneurs in the Albany area reach their highest potential. This program will strategically pair entrepreneurs with mentors to help them grow in their business and personal relationships as they navigate life in the early stages of their business.
